Along the Coast Tours has you covered with door to door pick up from your accommodation for up to 12 players. We have organised tee times along with multiple brewery stops sorted!

Duration

1 DAY (Approx. 8-10 hours)

The Details

AM pick up from accommodation
Tee off time approx. between 7:30 – 9:30am.
Afternoon brewery tour will commence once all players have completed the 9 or 18 holes. (approx. early midday)
The brewery tour will visit between 2-3 venues throughout the afternoon, venues will be chosen based on availability.
Options for lunch and beer paddle tastings are available for purchase on the day by guest at their own expense.

Golf attire (collared shirt/ polo shirt is a must)

Change of clothes for those who are wanting to change for the brewery tour (we don’t have time to return to accommodation)

GOLF

9 or 18 holes at Margaret River Golf Course is included.
We recommend bringing your own clubs for the occasion as we have plenty of room with a trailer attached to our minibus.

Hire clubs are available but are not included in the tour cost.
Guests can purchase hire clubs for a fee of *$30 (approx) at the pro shop.
(Please note this in your booking if hire clubs are required on our ‘special request section’)

All playing guest/ drivers of carts are liable for any damage to the course, hire equipment or golf carts.
The player in charge of the booking will be invoiced for the full damage amount by Along The Coast Tours.

Along The Coast Tours takes no responsibility for any damage caused by tour guests.

EXTRAS

Cart hire on our 9 holes package can be added for a fee of $30 per cart. (2 players in each cart)
Cart hire on our 18 holes package can be added for a fee of $45 per cart. (2 players in each cart)

Cart hire may be unavailable on some tours due to course conditions or limited carts available. a refund of the correct monies will apply for each cart in the event of this occurring.

BREWERY TOUR

The tour price EXCLUDES the cost of lunch & beer paddles, along with any additional beverages. These are available for purchase on arrival by guest at own expense.

Dietary requirements: Guest will have the choice of different lunch options to purchase at one of our Brewery stops, please advise us on any special requirements at the time of booking so we can ensure there is suitable options for you.

PRIVATE TRANSFERS

Transfers to Margaret River Golf Course, breweries and return trip back to your accommodation in the Busselton, Dunsborough, Yallingup or Margaret River region are included.

Please contact us for pick ups in the Augusta, Redgate, Hamelin Bay, Peppermint Grove Beach area or any other suburbs not listed, before booking online. Additional fees apply.

GENERAL INFO

Online bookings must be made 7 days prior to the departure date, if this is a last minute booking please contact us on 0451 828 311 to check availability.

MINIMUM OF 6 PARTICIPANTS ARE NEEDED FOR THE TOUR TO GO AHEAD.

All guest must show respect to one another, venue staff members, general public and tour drivers at all times.

Guest found to be intoxicated may be denied entry to venues.
Any guest found to be disrespecting, threatening or displaying acts of violence against others will be dismissed immediately from the tour with no refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Golf tours + Multi-Day Tours / Packages:

More than 7 days before departure: Only the initial 50% deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. All other payments will be refunded.
Within 7 days of departure: A cancellation fee of 100% of the full tour price will be charged (no refunds).

Cart hire on our 9 holes package can be added for a fee of $30 per cart. (2 players in each cart)
Cart hire on our 18 holes package can be added for a fee of $45 per cart. (2 players in each cart)
