South-West Golf & Brewery Tours

• AM pick up from accommodation
• Tee off time approx. between 7:30 – 9:30am.
• Afternoon brewery tour will commence once all players have completed 18 holes. (approx. midday)
• The brewery tour will visit between 2 venues throughout the afternoon, venues will be chosen based on availability.
• Options for lunch and beer paddle tastings are available for purchase on the day by guest at their own expense.

• Golf clubs
• Golf attire (collared shirt/ polo shirt is a must)
• Rain jacket / Wind breaker (during cooler months)
• Enclosed shoes
• Change of clothes for those who are wanting to change for the brewery tour (we generally dont have time to return to your accommodation)

Minimum 6 players are required to book either tour option.

Tee times are booked by us & limited to course availability.

We recommend bringing your clubs for the occasion as we have plenty of room with a trailer attached to our minibus.

Hire clubs are available but are NOT included in the tour cost. Guests can purchase hire clubs for a fee at the pro shop.

Cart hire may be unavailable on some tours due to course conditions or limited carts available. A refund of the correct monies will apply for each cart in the event of this occurring.

Food & drink: Although this tour does NOT include the cost of tastings and lunch, these options are available to purchase at your own discretion.  *This approach offers a more cost-effective option, as each guest has the flexibility to select and pay for their preferred meal / drink at each venue

Venue availability Please be-aware that some venues may need to be substituted /changed in the event of venue capacity restrictions, wedding bookings or weather conditions.

Pick ups in the following areas are included: Dunsborough, Margaret river, Busselton, Cowaramup, Eagle bay, Bunker Bay, Marybrook, Quindalup, Broadwater, Abbey, Vasse, Prevelly, Gnarabup, Wilyabrup, Yelverton, Gracetown, Burnside, Bramley, Redgate, Witchcliffe and surrounding areas.

Payment:

• A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your tour date
• A small online booking fee and a 1.7% credit card surcharge will be added on top of the full amount. (A bank transfer option is available to avoid the credit card surcharge fee)
• You will receive a remaining payment request email 7 days prior to the tour date, click the link & pay online

 

• Cart Hire T&Cs: All playing guest/ drivers of carts are liable for any damage to the course, hire equipment or golf carts.
  The player in charge of the booking will be invoiced for the full damage amount by Along The Coast Tours. We take no responsibility for any damage caused by tour guests.

Cancellation policy

• More than 7 days before tour date: Only the initial 50% deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. All other payments will be refunded.
• Within 7 days of tour date: A cancellation fee of 100% of the full tour price will be charged, in addition to the initial deposit.
