Yes, a $100 non refundable deposit is required for all day tours at time of booking.

A 50% non refundable deposit is required for all Golf & Brewery tours & Multi day tours / Packages at time of booking

The remainder can be paid 1 week prior to the tour date. You will receive a payment request email, click the link & pay online by credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellation policy

Day Tours:

• More than 7 days before departure: Only the initial deposit (either $100 or a set percentage) will be charged as a cancellation fee. All other payments will be refunded.
• Within 7 days of departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the full tour price will be charged, in addition to the initial deposit.

Golf & Brewery Tours & Multi-Day Tours / Packages:

• More than 7 days before departure: Only the initial 50% deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. All other payments will be refunded.
• Within 7 days of departure: A cancellation fee of 100% of the full tour price will be charged (no refunds).

Private Wine & Brewery Tours- Yes

Dog Friendly Wine Tours- No, we have a set itinerary so your dog is welcomed at all venues. We do have alternative venues you may choose from, in the itinerary section on our website.

Single Day Golf & Brewery Tours- No, set itinerary to ensure we maximise the time & experience for your group.

Wine Tour For 2- No, set itinerary as 3x complimentary wine tastings are included.

Multi day Golf Tours, Wine Tours, Scenic Tours & All Inclusive Packages- Yes, We can customise any tours that are 2 or more days onboard with us! This can include any Venues, Golf courses, Scenic spots, Accomodation etc.

No, we will plan driving times, itineraries and pre-book any venues you want to visit.

We want to ensure your crew has a stress-free experience and not worry about how it’s all going to work. Generally, we try and minimise driving time, so you have more time tasting at venues & less time being stuck on the bus!

Your more than welcome to give us a plan of how you want the day to look & we will book it accordingly. Please keep in mind, most venues run on session times and do not take large group tastings in the afternoon.

Generally, we recommend 4- 5 venues stops is perfect. (1 being a lunch stop) This is very dependent on pick up location / bookings on Saturdays or peak season.

For larger groups over 8 we suggest 4 venues is the maximum. Cellar door staff need more time to be able to deliver a full tasting experience for your group.

Yes, we have plenty of options designed for everyone.

Whether it’s a family friendly tour, girls weekend away, bucks party or groups of mates we can suggest the best venues that will suit your crew.

We also have multiple pre plan itinerates on our private wine & brewery tour section.

Yes! We highly promote family days out to keep it fun, easy & stress free.

We know plenty of family friendly venues where there is playgrounds & entertainment for the kids while the mums can enjoy a wine tasting & the dads can knock back a few froths.

You can also attach your own child / baby seat to our minibus if required. We have 2 anchor points in our 10 seat mini bus only. We can supply up to 2 child / baby seats if needed.

Each tour has different costings depending on the number of people & date selected.

*Generally speaking, the more passengers you have on tour the cheaper it gets per person.

Weekends / holidays periods are more expensive than weekdays.

*Tasting generally cost between $5 – $50 per person or redeemable when a bottle of wine is purchased at most venues. 

Although our tour does NOT include the cost of lunch, these options are available at most locations listed in the itinerary to purchase at your own discretion.

Yes, we have a loud Bluetooth speaker attached to both minibuses!

NO alcohol consumption is not allowed on our minibuses due to the strict policy policed by the Department of Transport WA.

These authorities monitor charters buses throughout the day so please don’t have eskys waiting upon arrival as they will be left behind.

All tours currently include pick-ups from accommodation in these areas:

• Margaret river town including Prevelly & Gnarabup
• Dunsborough, Yallingup, Quindalup & Siesta park
• Bunker bay, Eagle bay & Naturaliste.
• Busselton including Abbey, Broadwater, Vasse & Geographe.
• Cowaramup, Metricup, Wilyabrup & Gracetown.

*Anything outside these areas, an additional pick-up fee will apply, please contact us before booking online.
