Cancellation policy

All organised tour bookings cancelled outside 7 days or later to the departure date will only be charged the initial $100 deposit as a cancelation fee. Any additional payments will be refunded.
*Golf & Brewery Tours will be charged a 50% cancellation of the full tour amount.

All organised tour bookings cancelled within 7 days of the tour departure date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the full tour amount plus the initial the $100 deposit.

COVID-19 Vaccination policy and Booking Conditions

Along The Coast Tours duty to provide and maintain a safe tour for all guest, Mask must be worn when in our vehicles or indoor venues we may visit. We are adopting this policy to safeguard the health of our customers and drivers from infectious diseases, such as COVID-19 or influenza, that may be reduced by vaccinations. All eligible customers, and drivers are required to be or have received 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. Where a person is not in compliance with this policy, the person will not be granted entry to the vehicles, premises, event or service under the Western Australia governments laws.

Dietary Requirements

Please advise Along The Coast Tours of any special dietary requirements at least 72 hours before. Note that this will be on a request basis only, as Along The Coast Tours cannot guarantee the availability of special meal types.

Passenger Safety

Passengers are fully responsible for their own safety during all tours. Along The Coast and the venues / accommodation you visit on tour, are not liable for any injury or other medical conditions that you may experience from touring with us, this includes consumption of wine, food or other beverages that you consume during or after the tour.

Damage to Vehicles

In the event of a vehicle being damaged or soiled by a passenger on any our tours and vehicle requires repairs or maintenance to correct the situation, the full charge of these costs, plus an additional 10% administration fee will apply.

A fixed cleaning fee of $150 + GST will apply, should the vehicle require professional or specialised cleaning, following the actions of any passengers.

All charges will be made out to the booking name the tour is under.

Cancellations beyond our control

Along The Coast Tours reserve the right to cancel any tour at our discretion, this could be due to events beyond our control, which may include severe weather warnings/ storms, out of control bushfires which can also result in limit road access or the possibility vehicle failure. Majority of these situations are extremely rare, If this unfortunate circumstance was to happen, our tour guide will contact the person who made the booking ASAP if the situation is deemed to be unsafe. In such cases we will offer a new tour on the next available date, or a full refund.

 

Drinking Responsibly

The legal drinking age in Australia is 18+ years. All Tour guests who are consuming alcohol must be 18+ years of age and show proof to any Cellar door, Wine or Brewery bar staff who may ask upon arrival. Tour drivers, Cellar Door and Wine & Brewery staff are RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certified. Passengers that endanger or disrupt others due to intoxication, will be warned and if necessary immediately removed from the tour. Alcohol is not permitted on our vehicles at any stage throughout the tour. Along The Coast Tours are charter licensed vehicles and are not insured to accept any forms of alcohol consumption in or besides the bus by passengers and drivers.

Along The Coast encourages groups and mates to look out for one another and maintain respect at all times.
